OneTouch Direct Executive Team

Ron Benson, CEO

CEO Ron Benson, co-founder of OneTouch Direct and a veteran of the call center solutions industry, brings over two decades of call center, executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the OTD leadership team. Benson has driven growth for OTD and its clients for over ten years. As an active leader, engaged in the daily business of OTD and the clients he sponsors, he sets the company’s goals, participates in OTD’s key client relationship management program, drives new client acquisition and manages the political business division.

Prior to establishing OTD in 1998 with Joe Mole, OTD President, Benson founded the call center company, Inteleservices, where he oversaw all aspects of operations including sales, information technology, accounting and staffing for four years. Throughout his career, Benson has held several director and manager level positions in the direct marketing industry, including serving as vice president for a national call center management company with $75 million in annual revenue and 15 call centers.

Joe Mole, President

As co-founder and President, Joe Mole is responsible for setting the company’s strategy, overseeing the management of all departmental functions and participating in OTD’s key client relationship management program.

Prior to founding OneTouch Direct with CEO Ron Benson, Joe Mole served as a vice president with Mosaic Performance Solutions, Paradigm Direct and NCO Financial Group directing multi-million dollar marketing programs and managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Having also held several director and manager level positions in various industries, Mole has more than two decades of direct marketing, call center, program management, strategic marketing and senior leadership experience.

Mark R. Jones, EVP

Sales and Marketing

Mark Jones is a seasoned direct marketing leader and entrepreneur, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership and marketing and sales expertise in key industries to our call center management services. Jones is responsible for setting the company’s sales and marketing strategy and overseeing sales management, participating in OTD’s key client relationship management program and driving new client acquisition. He actively works with prospective clients to develop custom OTD solutions, ensuring that OTD drives new levels of performance for clients through disciplined strategic planning.

Prior to joining OneTouch Direct, Jones served as vice president of sales for Mosaic, Inc. selling at the executive level to Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, AT&T Wireless, Microsoft, Direct TV, MGM, Sprint PCS, Southern California Edison and Cigna. In 1998, he founded IMS, a marketing consulting company focused on helping Fortune 100 companies to acquire and retain more customers. Jones has also held several senior level roles at McCaw Cellular, Cellular One and AT&T leadership team.

Chris Reed, EVP

Operations and Client Services

Chris Reed is responsible for the operations of the business and the client services teams, which manage all client results and relationships from pre-sales throughout the term of the engagement. Reed applies client feedback and partnership experience to the development of new solutions for customers, and is responsible for enhancing the value clients receive by tailoring customer programs that realize successful results. His responsibilities include overseeing account management and operations for all OneTouch Direct's clients and participating in the company’s key client relationship program.

Before joining OneTouch Direct in 2003, Reed served as senior director of call center partners with Paradigm Direct/Mosaic Group Inc. where he established relationships with outsourced partners and oversaw profitability and daily management of the inbound and outbound teleservices channel. Before Mosaic, Reed was the director of corporate development for NCO Teleservices responsible for developing and managing large-scale teleservices solutions for Fortune 100 companies.

Joseph F. Moloughney, EVP

Information Technologies

With nearly 25 years of experience in information technologies and financial and project management across diverse industries, Joseph Moloughney manages OneTouch Direct’s IT group, bringing a creative and innovative approach to IT solutions, enabling OTD to deliver custom solutions for each client. Moloughney is responsible for all facets of information technology including planning, management, issue resolution, risk analysis, infrastructure design, system design and research.

Moloughney began his career in 1981 working in financial project planning for aerospace and defense companies such Singer-Kearfott, Lear-Siegler and Curtis-Wright. While at Systonetics, Inc., a California-based project management software company, he became involved in information technology. In 1987, he started his own project management and software consulting company which serviced Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries including, publishing and direct marketing (Reader’s Digest), aerospace (United Technologies) and pharmaceuticals (Hoffmann La-Roche). Prior to joining OneTouch Direct, Moloughney was vice president of information technologies at Mosaic, Inc., a performance-based direct marketing firm and also worked in IT management in the financial services sector with the firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Dave Masi, EVP

Business Development

Dave Masi’s responsibilities include overseeing all political business acquisition and participating in the company’s key client relationship management program.

Masi joined OneTouch Direct in 1998 as an account manager. Since then, his role has advanced to include the management of all political telemarketing business, including the 2000, 2004 and 2008 U.S. presidential campaigns, the 2006 Florida gubernatorial campaign and prospecting new corporate clients.
