OneTouch Direct offers many different types of benefit plans. OTD strives to attract and retain the best talent by providing each employee with competitive pay and benefits.
OTD provides several different medical plans for both our salary and hourly employees. Eligible dependants may also enroll. Our medical plans are a combination of an DMO, PPO and prepaid, with co-pays, deductions and coinsurance, with contributions to the employees on a before tax basis.
OTD salary and hourly employees may choose from several different types of dental plans, DMO and PPO. These plans cover a broad range of services with varying limits and co-pays.
Our vision plans allow employees to choose from a nationwide network of private practice and retail optical providers. The plan offers coverage for annual eye exams, contacts and glasses once a calendar year. The plan will pay for eyeglass lenses or contact lenses every 12 months, but not both.
Other benefits provided by the company are 401K, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), Voluntary Life, Dependent Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) and a choice of 2 Reimbursement Accounts – Health Savings Account (HAS) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
